Once we receive your enquiry we can answer any additional questions that you may have and then arrange a meet and greet at a time that is suitable for you
Step 4
Following the meet and greet, if you are happy to proceed, you may secure your booking by paying a 25% non-refundable deposit
Step 5
At this stage, the booking forms will need to be completed with all of your dogs details and if your Staycation is longer than 3 nights then a trial night will be booked for a date that is convenient for you
Step 6
After the trial night, the remaining balance will be due prior to your dogs stay (normally 2 days before). Times will be agreed for drop-off and collection
